APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Expression of Interests (EOI) should be sent to rfp@rnkcapital.com.

The application should comprise the following documents:

• Cover Letter (download form);


• Project description (including type of technology, location, project size, type of environmental attribute);


• Summary description of the offered environmental attributes including quantity and delivery period;


• Summary of project economics and financial forecast including project start date;


• Summary description of project capitalization.

The applicant should also provide information on the availability of the following documents:

• Detailed documentation that the offered environmental attributes qualify under appropriate regulatory guidelines and that they are transferable;


• Detailed project economics and financial forecasts;


• Detailed capitalization and budgets;


• Power purchase agreement(s) (PPA);


• Fuel supply agreement(s);


• Documentation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) arrangements;


• Documentation of operations and maintenance agreements (O&M);


• Documentation on project status, required site and environmental permitting and other regulatory considerations;


• Proof of performance guarantee and satisfactory credit quality or credit enhancement.

Only short listed projects will be required to provide these documents upon the execution of a non-disclosure agreement.

Short-listed entities will be invited for further negotiations towards finalizing a purchase agreement or contract.
